All orders of Lingerie and sex toys will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Orders of condoms and lubricant will be dispatched using royal mail 1st class post.

Orders over the value of £41 will be dispatched using the appropriate insurance cover, in case of loss or damage.

If in the unlikely event an item is not stocked at our local warehouse, we will dispatch direct from our central warehouse. If this happens, orders containing more than one item may be shipped in more than one package.
